David founded TSOLife in 2012 on a simple conviction: you can't run a great community for people you don't actually know. For decades the industry had treated resident engagement as a soft, unmeasurable nicety. David, a Boston-bred technologist, saw it as senior living's most underused source of intelligence, and spent more than a decade building the platform to prove it.

His approach was to start with the person, not the spreadsheet. Capture who each resident really is, turn it into a living profile, and let that profile power everything downstream, from calendars and apps to surveys and the boardroom dashboard.

Under his direction, TSOLife established that resident engagement can be measured, tracked over time, and tied to real outcomes, giving engagement leaders a seat at the table backed by data leadership can act on.
